SCUFF ON "AND", THEN BACK 3 STEPS ON RIGHT AND TOUCH LEFT TOE BACK:
&		Starting on the 'AND' before Count 1, scuff with right heel
1-4		Step back with right,
		step back left,
		step back right,
		touch back with left toe
LEFT AND RIGHT SHUFFLE FORWARD:
5-8		Left shuffle (promenade) forward,
		then right shuffle forward
RIGHT MILITARY TURN:
9-10		Step forward with left,
		pivot 1/2 turn to right
LEFT SHUFFLE, THEN MAKE TWO 1/4 TURNS LEFT WITH RIGHT HEEL DIGS:
11-12		Left shuffle forward
13		Right heel dig making 1/4 turn left
14		Right heel dig making 1/4 turn left
RIGHT OVER LEFT, LEFT TO SIDE:
15		Cross your right foot in front of your left
16		Step to the left side with your left
RIGHT BEHINE LEFT, STEP LEFT AND 1/4 TURN RIGHT, RIGHT TO SIDE:
17		Cross your right foot behind your left,
18		Pivot on the left foot making a 90 degree turn to the right
19		then step to your right side with the right foot
LEFT OVER RIGHT: RIGHT TO SIDE:
20		Cross your left foot in front of your right
21		Step to the side with the right
22		Bring your left foot together.
DOUBLE HEEL FAN RIGHT:
23-24		Fan both heels right, then back to center
