HITCH, STEP, POINT RIGHT, POINT LEFT, SLOW SAILOR SHUFFLE
&1  Hitch Left knee, step Left forward
2-3  Point Right foot to side in the air, hold
4-5  Step Right together and same time point Left foot to side in the air, hold
6-8  Cross Left behind Right, step Right to side, step Left in place
 
SAILOR SHUFFLE WITH TURN, ROCK STEP, PIVOT TURN WITH HOLDS
1&2  Cross Right behind Left, step Left to side turning 1/4 left, step Right in place
3-4  Rock Left back, step Right in place
5-8  Step Left forward, hold, pivot 1/2 turn right, hold (weight is on your Left)
 
ROCK STEP, PIVOT TURN, TWIST, TOE HEEL STRUT
1-2  Rock Right back, step Left in place
3-4  Step Right forward, pivot 1/4 turn left twisting heels right*
* Do the "hit the road slam" with your hands: Raise your Left hand shoulder level palm
facing forward and lower your Right hand waist level palm facing back
5-6  Twist heels back to center, hold
7-8  Touch ball of Right back, step down on Right heel
 
TOE HEEL STRUT, HEEL TOE STRUT, TOE HEEL STRUT, HEEL TOE STRUT
1-2  Touch ball of Left back, step down on Left heel
3-4  Turn 1/2 right and touch heel of Right forward, step down on Right toe
5-6  Turn 1/2 right and touch ball of Left back, step down on Left heel
7-8  Turn 1/2 right and touch heel of Right forward, step down on Right toe

JUMPS FORWARD AND BACK WITH SHAKES, PIVOT TURN WITH HOLDS
&1-2  Jump diagonally forward Left (&), step Right to side, shake shoulders
&3-4  Jump back Left (&), step Right together, shake your hips
5-8  Step Forward Left, hold, turn 1/2 right and step Right together, hold
 
JUMPS FORWARD AND BACK WITH SHAKES, PIVOT TURN WITH HOLDS
&5-6  Jump diagonally forward Left (&), step Right to side, shake shoulders
&7-8  Jump back Left (&), step Right together, shake your hips
5-8  Step Forward Left, hold, turn 1/2 right and step Right together, hold
 
STEP SIDE, HOLD, KICK ACROSS, HOLD
1-4  Step Left to side, hold, kick Right across Left, hold
5-8  Touch Right toe side, hold, kick Right across Left*, hold
* Do the "hit the road slam part 2" with your hands: extend your Left hand diagonally up palm
forward and extend your Right hand diagonally down palm forward
 
SLOW MONTEREY TURN, HIP BUMPS
1-4  Touch Right to side, hold, turn 1/2 right and step Right together, hold
5-8  Bump hip left, hold, bump hip right, Hold

When doing last time part A: After counts19-20 do two more times twists with arm movements:
first left with opposite hands then right.
