9  Step back with right foot
10  Step back with left foot
11  Transfer weight to right foot (which should be forward)
12  Kick left leg forward
13  Put left leg down
14  Stomp right foot beside it
15  Leaving your heel on the ground, point your right toe out and up at
  the same time
16  Put your toe back next to your left foot
17  Leaving your heel on the ground, point your right toe out and up at
  the same time
18  Put your toe back next to your left foot
19-22  Lift up your left foot and cross it over your right foot while you
  turn a quarter turn CW (like you are drunk)
