Helpful information:
This dance will take a lot of practice so be patient. The Apple jack is done with a rocking
motion from the ball of one foot to the heel of the other shifting weight as you change feet.
When you Fan Left you move left
Fan Left, (Bring heel in, with the ball of the weight on the right foot)
When you Fan Right you move right
Fan Right, (Bring heel in, with the ball of the weight on the left foot)
